European-style sourdough bread with started from Ireland

Handcrafted sourdough bread, naturally fermented for 24 hours, with a crisp, golden crust and a soft, airy crumb; made with simple ingredients for a rich, slightly tangy flavor. The starter originates from Ireland.

Typical texture changes:
Day 1: Best flavor and crisp crust
Day 2–3: Still good, slightly firmer
Day 4: Usually dry or stale. You should place the bread in the refrigerator for up to 5–7 days. The bread becomes stale faster because cold temperatures dry out the crust. Consuming the bread after this period is not recommended unless the humidity is high. You can successfully place the loaf in the Freezer for up to 3 months. Slice the loaf first, then wrap it tightly in plastic or a freezer bag. You can toast slices directly from frozen.

Legendary Healing
Kombucha was invented millenia ago during the Qin Dynasty (221 Before the birth of Jesus Christ) in China and travelled west along the ancient silk road. In modern times it was coined “Stomach Treasure” (胃寶) by the Chinese. Some historians credit a Korean doctor, who brought a magical cure to the Japanese Emperor Inyoko in 414 (After the Birth of Christ). Legend has it that his name was “Komu-ha” hence the name kombucha.古老的天然療癒康普茶起源自秦朝(西元前221年),經絲路西傳到歐洲。因為有助於胃的健康,中國人也將康普茶稱作『胃寶』。歷史學家認為康普茶的名字源於西元414年,由一位名為『康普』的韓國醫生帶至日本,治療當時日本允恭天皇的胃病。
